LG H&H announced on December 26, 2011, that its CEO Suk Cha was chosen as Korea`s best executive in an annual survey by Asiamoney, a monthly financial magazine published in Hong Kong.

Asiamoney is a sister publication of the U.K. magazine Euromoney and regarded as one of Asia’s leading financial magazines for professionals in finance and investment.

This marked the third consecutive year that CEO Cha was selected as Korea’s top executive by the magazine.

Asiamoney, explaining the selection procedure for ‘2011 Best Korean Executive,’ reported: “CEO Cha’s achievement over the past year excelled to the extent that analysts responding to the survey did not hesitate to name him the best Korean executive in 2011. Also, he provided shareholders with differentiated value by maximizing synergy between businesses while leading a robust growth trend across the board including household goods, cosmetics and beverages.”

The decision was based on a survey of senior executives of fund management companies and hedge funds, managers of securities companies, and analysts across different regions including Asia, Europe, and the U.S.
